Babies were three weeks old yesterday!

"We're full of puppy chow."

That's Dougal IN the food dish.

You can see their tails are starting to curl.

After dinner cleaning session.

Kenzie and Murray didn't bother to get up to eat.

I guess Casey is still pretty brindle! hehe

Kayla, new name, Kiwi, is definitely going brindle and it looks like Dougal may too.

We started with soggy puppy chow about 2 days ago.

Then we all complain a lot cuz we want our mother.

Boyfriend Pete sticks his big head into the kennel every chance he gets. We want babies to learn men too.

12/12/09 Babies will be four weeks old tomorrow.

I weighed the little tanks again. Hard to believe but Dougal is almost SIX POUNDS!!! Dougal = 5.12, Murray/Hachi = 5.5, Casey = 5.4, Bethie = 5.4, Kenzie = 4.15, Kayla/Kiwi = 4.14

Jane and her hubby came to visit this afternoon. They chose Murray and they're namin' him after "Hachiko" and "Macky". "Hachi Mac".

They're drinkin' water now,

and eatin' dry puppy chow.

Second de-worming planned for tomorrow.

Casey, beating up his sister while she's TRYING to drink.

12/17/09 Babies are almost 5 weeks old.

Biting me very hard!

Turning into pirahnas already!

Casey's new name is Atreides, "Tre" for short.

< Kayla/Kiwi explores everything. She's after my saddle!

They're starting to LOVE being free of the kennel.

Dougal's new name is "Yeti"

Brandon and Nicole are trying to decide between Kenzie and Bethie. Whomever they don't choose will be available. All other babies are spoken for.

Kenzie and Casey/Tre

Kayla/Kiwi is the most brave. She checks out everything.

Murray/Hachi pretty much just finds a spot and lays there. That's why there are so many pictures of him. Easy target.

Casey/Tre likes to check stuff out but usually ends up in my lap. He's pretty sure of himself though.

Kenzie is mostly found sitting right next to me watching everybody else. She's the smallest but she doesn't take any crap from anybody.

Bethie bites the hardest! She's usually in my lap too but chewing on either my toes or my legs or my fingers or my hands...

Dougal/Yeti. What can I say about this guy? He's BIG. He's also pretty brave but he still complains about stuff. Barks too. Today he went in behind the kennel and got stuck. Started complaining. (No way to turn around and one exit is blocked by junk.) I moved the junk and called him and he came right out. TWICE. :)

Bethie is still available!

12/21/09 Babies were 5 weeks old yesterday.

Pete visited again and he was under attack!

And so the destruction begins!

Course gamma' lets um' have anything they want. :)

12/27/09 Babies are six weeks old today!!!

I took the first few pictures on the 25th.

Yes, Pete has more than just one shirt. :)

Mr. Puddin', the Persian, is helping with socialization.

Murray/Hachi chewin' on my saddle blanket.

I just de-wormed them for the third time. All big fat sassy and healthy!

Below are some pictures of our first trip outside. It didn't last long. They heard their mother's tags jingling from her kennel under the deck and they all headed for the stairs!
