04/13/2014 Babies are going to be 4 weeks old in two days. Can't say how time flies with this gang, cuz it hasn't.

Skeeter is totally laid back. He really doesn't care about anything. Fozzie, on the other hand, is probably alpha. Grover holds his own.

Camille still has the most dominant skunk stripe. Biggest girl too. Probably the second biggest pup. Skeeter is the biggest then Camille and then Fozzie Bear then Gladys then Grover and my little Lamb Chop is the smallest.

04/16/2014 Babies were 4 weeks old yesterday! Got their 2nd de-worming.

Was just tellin' Chris how Gladys always finishes eating the puppy slop first and goes off by herself like she really doesn't like the chow. Everybody else was still eating when I took these shots. :)

You can just vaguely see the tiny white line on Gladys' forehead.

Camille is still the most red. The other girls are more fawn. Lamb Chop's tail seems almost white.

Below is an example of a pup from Whiskey's last litter. A couple of these guys will go red like that.

Spider/Bucky at about the same age as this gang is now.

Looks almost exactly like Grover.

04/18/2014 Babies are 4 weeks and 3 days old. I let them out of the cage last night for the first time. They were all fairly brave. Course I put them back in for bedtime. Today they're free for good. Mama is out in the kennel with her Poodle friend. Mama will still come in every night until they leave.

Gladys and Skeeter are the most secure in their new surroundings. Fozzie isn't so sure. And Camille is complaining as usual.

Although, Camille was just complaining. Pretty sure the neighbors could hear Fozzie and Grover. Neighbors are 1/2 mile away. :)

After lunch Fozzie went back in the corner, behind the water dish, and took a nap. He wanted the security of a safe place but didn't care where his siblings were. Independent? That's a good thing.

I was sitting on the deck right in front of them but nobody wanted to brave it. I put everybody but Camille out and everybody ran right back in except Grover and Gladys. Grover was the most brave. He actually explored a couple feet away from me. Camille stayed as far away as possible.

Reminds me of "Sesame Street". "...one of these things is not like the others..."

05/01/2014 Babies are 6 weeks and 2 days old today!

I opened the door to the deck today while I was TRYING to clean up. Fozzie Bear/Samson went out on the deck!!! He was the first one. Then Lamb Chop/Kimber went out! FINALLY!!!

After a few minutes Gladys/Jiff got brave too!

Grover/Arcturus is going to be the next. I almost had him talked into it.

That's it. The other three aren't quite ready.
